The first stop on my nine day trip to Ireland was Dublin where cozy pubs and lively music filled the alleyways. I really enjoyed my brief two night stay here. There’s plenty to do but I’d like to show you a few highlights that I personally enjoyed.
Right in the heart of the city you’ll find the Trinity College Library. This site is breathtaking and rich in culture. It also holds an exhibition for The Books of Kells.
When in Ireland, you drink Guinness.
We took a tour through the Guinness Storehouse. At the end of the tour, you get a “free” pint of, you guessed it, Guinness.
They provide you with plenty of fun Selfie opportunities. I couldn’t help myself.
You can’t go to Dublin and not stop by the Temple Bar. Not only are the Irish coffees on point, the food is a huge step up from most pubs in Dublin. We came at the perfect time and we were able to enjoy some great traditional music. Overall, it was a great way to end our time in Dublin before heading off to Cork.
